Boomlify ("Boomlify", "we", "us") operates the social-media management service available at https://boomlify.shop (the "Service"), which lets you connect your social-media accounts to schedule, publish, and manage content. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — the name, email address, and password (stored hashed) you use to create a Boomlify account.
• Connected social accounts — when you connect a platform (e.g. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X), we receive and store the access tokens and the basic profile information that platform returns (such as your account ID, username, and profile picture), strictly to operate the Service on your behalf.
• Content you create — the posts, captions, images, and videos you schedule or publish through Boomlify, and their scheduling metadata.
• Usage & technical data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and to keep the Service reliable.

2. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and maintain your account.
• To publish and schedule the content you ask us to, to the accounts you have connected.
• To display analytics and post status that the connected platforms make available to you.
• To secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content or tokens for any purpose other than providing the Service you requested.

3. Platform data & third parties

Boomlify integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs. Your use of each connected platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads), LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, X, and others. Access tokens are used only to perform the actions you initiate (such as publishing a post) and to read the account information needed to do so. You can revoke Boomlify's access at any time from the connected platform's settings or by disconnecting the channel inside Boomlify.

4. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on our servers, and access tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and connected-account data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a channel we delete its stored tokens; when you delete your account we remove your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw a connected account's access, at any time. To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or contact us at the address below. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service.
