When you connect a third-party platform (such as TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, or X), you authorize Boomlify to act on your behalf through that platform's API to perform the actions you request. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. You may disconnect any platform at any time.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Boomlify.
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish. You grant Boomlify the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content to the platforms you have connected, solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that posts will always publish successfully, as delivery depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, which may change or be unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boomlify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to the Service, other users, or connected platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
